Refund Policy

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your merchandise.

 

For all the Aura Cloister merchandise we offer a ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’ on all the merchandise purchased at www.Aura-Cloister.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The package must arrive at our offices within those 30 days for the return or exchange to be considered valid.

 

Please note that, because we sell custom-made products we are not obliged by law to refund. However, we want 100% satisfied customers that is why, we do offer the ‘30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee’! 

 

Before getting started, please check below to see if your item is eligible for a return.

 

  • All returned merchandise must be in its original condition with no signs of wear or damage. The items must be in their original packaging which includes pouches and boxes.

 

  • We accept Aura Cloister merchandise with the original tags attached in the box and the merchandise(s) must not show any signs of usage.

 

  • Sale items, special orders, and custom jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have before purchasing a sale item or custom jewelry from us.

 

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are calculated during the return process. Additionally, a $14.99 processing and handling fee applies to returns. Thank you for understanding and for shopping with us!

 

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return or exchange once it arrives at our offices. Once we verify that the merchandise is in good condition, we will send you a refund confirmation via email.

We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us.

 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

 

Free items from special offers are final sale. Please note that returns are not available in this case.

 

Return labels will be provided only for defective products within the policy time.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 week. All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.


Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
